Does PeopleBridge replace Mindbody?
No — Mindbody handles member-facing booking, payments, and class reservations. PeopleBridge handles the workforce side: instructor schedules, sub coverage, certification tracking, and payroll-ready exports. They sit alongside, not in competition.
How does sub coverage work?
Instructor opens the class card and taps "Need a sub". Eligible instructors (same cert tier, available that day) get a push notification. First responder claims it. Manager is notified but doesn't have to approve unless you require it.
Can I track 200hr and 500hr certifications?
Yes. Per-instructor profile fields for each certification type with completion date and expiration. CEU renewals tracked separately. Email reminders before expiration.
Most of my instructors are 1099. Does that work?
Yes. Worker classification is a first-class field. 1099 contractors get a W-9 flow instead of W-4/I-9. Reports split W-2 and 1099 hours and totals separately for year-end filing.
Can I pay different rates for prime-time vs off-peak classes?
Yes. Assign different positions (e.g., "Prime", "Off-peak", "Specialty") with different pay rates. Each class is tagged with a position; pay calculation honors the position's rate.
Do you have a member-facing instructor profile page?
Not today — Mindbody and Squarespace handle that better. We focus on the backend: schedule, time clock if applicable, certifications, payroll. The instructor profile in PeopleBridge is internal.
