How many locations does PeopleBridge support?
As many as you run — there are no location caps and no tiers. Each location is simply $10/mo, plus $1 per active employee/mo. Add or remove locations any time; you only pay for what you actually run.
Can my GMs see only their own store?
Yes. Manager scoping is enforced at the database (row-level security), not just the UI. A GM at Location A literally cannot query data for Location B. Owners see everything.
What if I run multiple brands with different POS systems?
Toast, Square, and Clover are all live integrations. You can run different POS systems per brand; we unify sales/tips/tax/labor data in one dashboard.
Can I set different operating hours per location?
Yes — per-location, per-day-of-week, including split windows (e.g., a coffee shop with a lunch closure). Coverage gap detection honors each location's schedule.
How does payroll work across multiple entities?
If you payroll multiple entities (e.g., LLC per location), each location can be tagged with an entity. Payroll exports split by entity so each LLC gets its own file. Or you can roll up if you payroll them together.
Do you support PE-backed multi-brand operators?
Yes — that's actually our growing customer profile. The 4-tier role hierarchy (SuperAdmin → Owner → Manager → Employee) plus Board tier supports operator + investor visibility splits cleanly.
