Retail & Boutique

Retail scheduling for boutiques and multi-store chains.

Schedule by store, by department, by shift type. GPS clock-in keeps payroll honest. Blackout dates for holidays. Manager dashboards scoped to the locations they actually run. Free first month, then simple per-employee, per-location pricing.

What every retail manager is tired of

Holiday schedules are a chess match. Black Friday and the week before Christmas eat your sanity.
Peak-hour coverage gaps. You only notice when sales drop and the line gets long.
Part-time staff juggling 3 employers. Their availability changes every week and you find out at 6 AM Sunday.
Time-off requests sit in a notebook. Then you double-book that day anyway.
Multi-store managers can't see each other's schedules. So nobody covers when one is short.
Payroll exports are a 3-tool dance. Schedule → spreadsheet → payroll provider.

Built around how retail actually staffs

The features that matter for boutiques and multi-store chains — without the enterprise price tag.

🛍️

Per-location scheduling

Each store has its own schedule, its own positions, its own pay periods. Managers see only their stores. Owners see roll-up.

📍

GPS clock-in per store

Configurable geofence (50–500 ft) per location. Staff who work multiple stores auto-route to the closest one. Manager override always available.

🎄

Blackout dates for holidays

Lock down dates where time-off auto-denies. Employees see them in advance; the calendar shows them with a red badge.

📊

Peak-hour staffing alerts

Pre-publish warnings when a peak hour is understaffed based on historical traffic. Built on top of your POS data if you have Toast, Square, or Clover.

📅

Availability + time-off in one place

Employees set recurring availability windows and request time-off from the same screen. Conflicts surface at scheduling time.

📤

One-click payroll exports

QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, Paychex. Hours, OT, and gross wages in the right format. No spreadsheet step.

Retail operator FAQ

The questions we get from store managers and chain owners.

Can I schedule across multiple stores?
Yes — there are no store limits and no tiers. You add as many stores as you run at $10 per location/mo, plus $1 per active employee/mo. Each store is independent; the owner sees roll-up reporting across all of them.
What if my employees work at more than one store?
No problem. Assign an employee to as many stores as they cover. The system tracks where they actually clocked in (via GPS auto-routing) and tags hours to the correct store for cost allocation.
How does peak-hour staffing work?
If you have a POS integration (Toast, Square, Clover), we look at last year's sales by hour and flag understaffed peaks before you publish. Without POS data, you set hourly minimums per day and we warn on gaps.
Can I lock down Black Friday and Christmas Eve?
Yes. Blackout dates per location or org-wide. Employees see a red badge in their time-off form when they try to request one of those days. Manager override available.
Do I need GPS clock-in for retail?
Optional but recommended. It prevents employees from clocking in early from the parking lot or forgetting to clock out. Geofence radius is configurable per store — a tiny boutique can use 50 ft, a big-box store 200 ft.
Can I trial it with one store first?
Yes. Your first month is free for 1 location and up to 10 employees, no credit card. Run a full month of schedules, time clock, and one payroll export before you pay anything.
