Crew scheduling and time tracking by job site, not just by company.

Schedule crews across multiple projects, GPS clock-in with custom geofences per job site, track 1099 subs separately from W-2 employees, and export labor hours by project for client billing. Built for trades.

What every contractor is tired of

Crews show up at the wrong job site. Or worse, the right one, late.
Time cards live on truck dashboards. Half are illegible when they reach the office Friday.
Labor allocation per project is guesswork. Job costing reports are 80% accurate at best.
1099 subs and W-2 crews mix in the same scheduling tool. Compliance lines blur.
Geofencing for a fixed-location app doesn't fit. Your projects move every two weeks.
Overtime sneaks in on rainout reschedule weeks. No one was running the running total.

Built for the trades

Scheduling, time clock, and job costing for general contractors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing crews.

📍

Custom geofences per job site

Define a geofence for each active project — not just your office. When a project ends, archive it; the geofence stops being valid for new punches.

🔧

Schedule by project + by crew

Assign crews to projects. Each project has its own daily schedule. Project end-date auto-archives the schedule.

💼

1099 vs W-2 separation

Worker classification is a first-class field. 1099 subs get a W-9 onboarding flow instead of W-4/I-9. Reports break out W-2 vs 1099 hours separately.

📊

Labor cost by project

Every clock-in is tagged with its project. Run "Labor by Project" reports for the period to bill clients and reconcile job costing.

Overtime predictor

Pre-publish warning when a crew member is on track to cross 40 hours that week — even across multiple projects.

📤

QuickBooks / payroll exports

Most trades use QuickBooks. Pay-period CSV with hours, OT, and gross wages — ready to upload.

Contractor FAQ

The questions we get from GCs, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC operators.

Can the geofence move with my job sites?
Yes. Each project has its own geofence (lat/lng + radius). Add a new project, drop a pin on the address, set the radius (typically 200–500 ft for a job site). Clock-in only counts when the crew is on-site.
How do you handle 1099 subs differently from W-2 employees?
1099 subs get a W-9 onboarding flow instead of W-4 + I-9. Their hours appear on labor cost reports but are tagged "1099" and excluded from W-2 payroll exports. Direct deposit fields are optional for subs.
Can I see labor hours by project for client billing?
Yes. Insights → "Labor by Project" report. Pick a date range and a project, get total hours + cost breakdown by crew member. CSV export for the invoice.
What if a crew member works at 2 sites in one day?
They clock out at site A, clock in at site B. Each punch is tagged with its location. The day shows up as two separate entries on their timesheet, which is correct for labor allocation.
Do you integrate with QuickBooks Online?
CSV import works today (manual upload of the export). Direct API integration is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. If you use desktop QuickBooks, the CSV format works there too.
Can I require a photo at clock-in?
Yes, per location/project. Common for crews where you want to confirm the right person is on the right site. Photos are stored with the punch and visible to managers in the time entry record.
